About these terms
These terms cover your use of retroworksai.com and the work Retroworks does for clients. Retroworks LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company (Tennessee Secretary of State control number 002158009) based in Knoxville, Tennessee, runs this site and does this work. "Retroworks", "we" and "us" mean Retroworks LLC. "You" means the person or business using the site or hiring us.
By using this website or hiring us, you agree to these terms. If a written quote you have accepted says something different from these terms, the written quote controls for that project.
Using this website
- The website is here to explain what we do. Nothing on it is a binding offer.
- The terminal and the hours-back calculator on the site are demos. Any estimate they show is a rough guide, not a promise or a quote.
- Please don't misuse the site: no spam through the form, no attempts to break into or overload it, and no copying it to pass it off as your own.
Quotes and scope
Every project starts with a call. After the call, we send a written quote that describes the work, the price and the timeline. Only the work described in the written quote is included.
If you want something that is not in the quote, we will tell you what it costs and how it changes the timeline before we do it.
Prices
- Website and Google listing: $4,850 to build, then $495 a month per location.
- Lead portal: $1,500 to set up, then from $995 a month. Bigger setups are quoted after a call.
- AI agents: priced on the service menu at retroworksai.com/menu, or quoted in writing.
- Custom software: starts with a paid planning session. What you pay for the session is credited to the build.
"From" means a starting price. Your final price is the one in your written quote. Prices are in US dollars.
Payment
Your written quote sets how much you pay, when, and how. Monthly services are billed each month. If a payment is late, we may pause the work until it is paid.
Who owns what
- Your custom build is yours. Once a custom build is delivered and paid for, you own it. There are no per-seat bills.
- Our tools stay ours. We keep the tools, code and know-how we had before your project. Where your build uses them, we give you a license to use them as needed to use the work you paid for.
Your data stays yours
Your business data, including your customers' information, stays yours. We use it only to do the work you hired us for. We don't sell it, and we don't use it for anyone else.
Agents draft, a person approves
Our AI agents find, draft and measure. A person approves before anything goes out. We never post, text or email on your behalf without your approval.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information and the access we need (for example, logins to accounts you want us to work on).
- Make sure you have the right to use any content, logos, photos and data you give us.
- Review drafts and reply in a reasonable time, so the project can keep moving.
- Follow the laws that apply to your business, including the rules for the messages you send to your own customers.
- Keep your own passwords and logins safe.
Outside services
Some work depends on services we don't control, such as Google or hosting companies. Their own terms apply, and they can change how they work. We are not responsible for their outages or changes, but we will help you adjust.
No other promises
We do our work with care. Beyond what your written quote promises, our work and this website are provided "as is", without other warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We can't promise specific results, such as a number of leads, search rankings or sales.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about our work or this website is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or lost data.
Ending our work together
- Either of us can end a monthly service by telling the other in writing. Your written quote may set a notice period.
- We may stop work if payments are not made or these terms are broken.
- You pay for work done up to the end date. Custom builds you have paid for stay yours, and your data stays yours. You can ask us for a copy of it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. The terms in place when you accepted your written quote apply to that project, unless we both agree otherwise.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA.
