Paying

Refunds and cancellations.

The pay buttons are for customers who already have a written quote or agreed scope with us. Not sure yet? Book a call first.

One-time payments

  • Planning session, $500. Cancel at least 48 hours before it starts and we refund it in full. It is credited to your build.
  • Website build deposit, $2,425. Half of the $4,850 build. Refunded in full if you cancel before work starts. Once work starts it is not refunded, and it counts toward the build. The other half is due at launch.

Monthly plans

  • Lead portal and website care. Cancel anytime by email or phone. Billing stops at the end of the month you are in. The current month is not refunded.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices do not include sales tax, which may apply.

What does it cost?

Every build starts with a written quote with every line spelled out. Custom software starts with a $500 planning session, credited to the build, and is quoted after it. The lead portal is $1,500 to set up, then from $995 a month, and a business phone line is $750 to set up. AI agents: the QuickBooks billing agent is $3,500 plus $395 a month, the SharePoint filing agent is $2,500 plus $295 a month, the email reply desk is $1,200 one-time, and a private AI install starts at $3,500 plus hardware. A CRM with team logins starts at $6,000. A website and Google listing is $4,850 per location, then $495 a month per location. The service menu lists it all.

How do I pay?

Once we have agreed on a written quote or scope, use the pay buttons above. They open a secure Stripe checkout. Refunds and cancellations are explained above.

Do I own the software you build?

Yes. Custom builds are yours, with no per-seat bills. We can keep running it for you every month, or hand it over.

Can I have an AI that runs on my own computer?

Yes. We can install an AI that runs on a computer or server you own, such as a gaming PC or an office server, from $3,500 plus hardware. We can also set up a commercial AI for your team, quoted after a call.

Do I need to be good with computers?

No. You get a portal that works on your phone, a monthly call and a real person to text when something's off.
