Agent Office Box will be a computer we set up with Retroworks agents and install in your office. We'll connect it to your email, QuickBooks and the places your leads come in, and we'll look after it for you. The agents will draft the work. You and your people will decide what goes out.

What it will do
Made for trades and local service.
For contractors, cleaners, landscapers, restaurants and shops in East Tennessee. For owners who spend their evenings on email, bills and follow-ups. We'll set it up and talk you through it in English or Spanish.
QuickBooks work, lined up
Bills and receipts will be read and lined up in QuickBooks Online for you to approve. Nothing will get paid without you.
Leads, followed up
New leads from the lead portal and your website forms will get a follow-up drafted and a reminder set. You'll make the call.
Two versions
What you'll get.
Both versions will run the same agents and follow the same rules. The difference is where the thinking is done.
Private
An AI model will run on the computer itself. Your emails, files and books will be processed on the machine in your office, not by an outside AI service.

The model on the computer will do the routine work. Harder jobs, like a long proposal or a tricky reply, will go to a commercial AI through your own business account.

How it works
Set up, connected and looked after.
You won't buy a box and have to figure it out. We'll put it in, hook it up and keep it running.
- We'll talk first. We'll learn how your office runs, which email and books you use, and where your leads come from.
- We'll set it up in your office. We'll bring the computer, plug it in and connect it to your email, QuickBooks and lead sources, with logins you approve.
- Your agents will start drafting. Replies, bills to approve and follow-ups will wait for you in one place. You'll approve, edit or toss them.
- We'll look after it. Updates and fixes will be done remotely. When something needs a hand, you'll call or text a person.

The agents will write drafts and line up work. A person will send every email, make every post and pay every bill.
No money will move on its own
The agents won't pay, transfer or charge anything. Money will only move when a person moves it.
Your office, your accounts
The computer will sit in your office. The email, QuickBooks and any AI account it uses will be in your business's name.
Questions
Straight answers.
Will I need IT staff?
No. We'll set it up, connect it and look after it remotely. You'll need a spot for it, a power outlet and an internet connection.
Where will my data go with Private?
The AI work will be done on the computer in your office. Your email and QuickBooks will stay where they are today. The agents will read from them and write drafts back for you to review.
And with Hybrid?
Routine work will stay on the computer. Harder jobs will be sent to a commercial AI through your own business account, under that provider's terms. We'll agree with you up front which kinds of work can go out.
Who will approve what the agents do?
You will, or the people you pick. The agents will draft and line up work. People will send, post and pay.
What will it connect to?
It will connect to your email, QuickBooks Online and the places your leads come in, like our lead portal and your website forms. Use other tools? Tell us on a call and we'll say plainly what we can and can't connect.
Will it grow with us?
Yes. We'll be able to add agents as you need them, like another inbox or a new lead source. Each new agent will be set up with you first.
What will it cost?
Every office is different, so each setup will be quoted in writing after a call.
